Every year, the downtown Parade of Lights on the Friday after Thanksgiving is a tradition of family fun here in Fort Worth. We went once, and really enjoyed it. This year, they are offering guaranteed seats right up at the street level. Now, this makes the free parade not free anymore, but, on the other hand, many people have situations where it would be worth it to pay for a seat. And it is SO crowded that unless you get there really early, you'll have some trouble seeing. But it's still fun! Cost: $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and kids, or $20 for a family pack of four.
